Our method

Five steps.
No shortcuts.

Verifying a product takes six weeks on average. It is slow. It is manual. It is the only way we know to produce testimonials you can trust.

  1. 01

    Product selection

    We review every submission. The product must have been on the market for at least six months, manufactured transparently, with a base of real customers the producer agrees to share.

  2. 02

    Contact collection

    The producer sends us a list of customers who consented to being contacted. We draw a random sample — never a curated selection.

  3. 03

    Phone call

    A verifier calls each person. The interview lasts 12 to 25 minutes: real usage, duration, effects, perception, limits. No leading questions, no compensation.

  4. 04

    Public transcription

    Raw notes are archived and accessible. Each published testimonial is tied to a verification ID and the call date.

  5. 05

    NATUROPATHTRUST VERIFIED

    Publication or rejection

    If fewer than 70% of contacted people confirm a benefit, the product is not published. No arrangement, no exception. The producer is informed of the outcome.

What we don't do

Our refusals, on principle.

  • We accept no payment from producers.
  • We do not publish testimonials collected online or through forms.
  • We do not rate products. We document stories.
  • We make no therapeutic claims.
  • We remove no testimonial at a producer's request.
